YOU SHOP – WE SHIP
Register here and you can arrange transport of your items to our offices in Georgia already today.
We need your Customs Tariff Number and SSN to get your items thru customs.
After you have registered, within 5 minutes you will receive a receipt via email confirming your address and containing your customer ID.
Remember to ALWAYS send us this receipt and a detailed description of the contents, which we will need to clear customs and tolls. Your items will be collected at our shipping location and sent with the next available container.
You may also collect several shipments and we will send them collectively, when you desire.
You will be informed of the shipping date via an email and you may also follow this information on our website.

CUSTOMS AND ADMINISTRATION
Norway Delivery’s offices of administration are located in Tretten, Norway. The office is staffed with people who will take care of the ongoing administrative work.
Arild is responsible for all information to the customers, administrating the shipping of the items, pricing the shipping costs and securing that the shipping costs are the lowest possible, based on current market pricing.
Gjøril is responsible for getting the shipments thru customs and is ready to help you with any and all questions you may have related to this. Gjøril has many years’ experience within accounting.
Arild and Cecilie send out invoices and are responsible for all other administrative tasks.

DELIVERY IN NORWAY
Once your items are in Norway, you may pick them up from our offices in Fredrikstad (located here) (her vil det være best å lage en link til et kart da det er lettest for folk som ikke bor her å se distanser). The packages will be extradited from the ground floor on the East side of the main building, facing Bossumveien (FV 335).
Here; Arild, Terje, Simon, and Sander are ready and waiting to help. Give us a call and we will do all we can to help this process go as smoothly as possible. We can even help in setting up shipment of your items via Norwegian postal services, Bring, DHL, or any other land-based shipping company you may choose, to your home.

Preceding the arrival of the container, we will contact you via email with the date and time of arrival and when your items may be picked up. Our offices will adapt our opening hours to fit the scheduled delivery of containers.
